Filmdemand is seeking an experienced capital raiser with high-level relationships with family offices and Ultra High Net Worth Investors, including pro athletes, unicorn founders with recent exits, and ex-CEOs. Present a $25 million SAFE round with a follow-on Series A (7-14x exit potential) in the $3 trillion global media and entertainment industry. Explain how U.S., Canadian, and foreign tax credits and rebates offset equity risk. Close $1-$5 million+ per investor. Open to full-time transition for $100M Series A. Requires previous provable capital raising experience as a founder, CFO, hedge fund manager, private equity managing partner, third-party marketer, private placement broker-dealer, or wealth advisor. Success fee, back-end equity, and producer credits available.
